Happy New Year to me! Starting my year off in the GREEN!!! The scale is moving in the right direction! This is going to be my year to see more of the green! This lifestyle is not something you start off in the beginning of the year, it’s a lifestyle change that you live throughout your life!
This year thus far has not honestly been my year. I have flip flopped between 186-190 for the last 6 months. I honestly want to get back to this number and below.
